It’s time to write a new story!
Beginnings…
Maybe you found my blog on social media or else you might’ve come here from my old website or you came here by accident. Let me introduce myself.. I’m Gwen! Welcome to my blog DreamersLabNL, or should I say my new website! On my blog I post about beauty, lifestyle, travel and things that I experience in my life. I have been blogging for at least 3 years now and I once started this platform on Instagram. It started with photos on Instagram, but after that I wanted to tell more about those photos and give more context. That is how my blog came about and I have been blogging ever since!
After 3 years of having a free WordPress site, I thought it was time for a change. I have finally got my hands on a completely new site! I switched things up and left my old site behind. There is a new professional layout, but my blog is still empty and boring at the moment, since there aren’t a lot of articles on the new site yet. I am sure that my blog will soon be full of new articles! For now, it is what it is. I still have to get used to working with this new system, but I’m getting the hang of it!
And so the adventure begins
If you know me from my old blog, you might question what will happen to my old blog and all the published articles on it. Well, the answer is that the old site just remains as it is. My old blog will become an archive, meaning you can still visit the site and read all the articles posted on it, but there will be no new content. I will, from now on, post everything I do on this new website with my own new domain! That means that, here on this new site, I will just continue where I left off and the old site just remains as a kind of ”memory”.
As I said, I’m still getting used to the new site. There will most likely be a lot of changes until I figure out what works and what I like and there will be many new articles coming up! I would love to know what you think of this new site and design. I could really use the input of you, my readers and followers, right now. Is everything easy to read? Is the layout pleasing to the eyes? Does it look professional enough? Please let me know in the comments. If you have any tips for me: I’d love to hear them! Everything is useful to me. In any case, welcome to my new blog!
